Our insurance possibilities and terms ONDD can grant cover export transactions financed by both short-term credits and medium/long-term credits against political and commercial risks on open account terms (i.e. without a bank guarantee being required) and without further particular conditions. For transactions with public buyers a guarantee of the Minister of Finance is required. Ducroire/Delcredere's ceilings for this country have been set at: Short term and special transactions 300.00 mn EUR Medium / long term and investments 625.00 mn EUR Availabilities under these ceilings to cover new transactions are: Short term and special transactions normal Medium / long term and investments normal In conformity with the OECD Arrangement the maximum reimbursement period for medium- and long-term transactions with this country has been set at 10 years. Concessional financing is excluded. ONDD insures investments in this country against 1) war risk, 2) the risk of expropriation and government action and 3) the transfer risk regarding payment of dividends or repatriation of capital. Those risks can be insured separately or in any combination possible. Each application is decided case by case on the basis of a detailed analysis. 3.
